How we use it

To provide and secure the service, process payments through Razorpay, send service and billing messages, and meet legal obligations.

Where it is stored

Customer data is stored on servers in Mumbai, India, with an encrypted backup copy at Backblaze B2. Traffic is encrypted with TLS.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with payment processors, infrastructure providers needed to run the service, and authorities where Indian law requires.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask to access, correct or delete your data: write to privacy@hostrob.com.
