Service

HostRob provides container-based hosting: compute, storage, bandwidth, SSL certificates and a management panel, on a subscription basis, operated by FutureFist Tech Solutions LLP.

Acceptable use

You may not use HostRob for cryptocurrency mining, malware or spam, attacks on other systems, pirated content, content illegal in India, or anything that degrades service for other customers.

Resource limits

Each container has hard CPU, memory, process and storage limits as listed for its plan. Sustained heavy use may be throttled. There are no overage charges.

Uptime

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours ahead. Downtime caused by events outside our control is excluded.

Security monitoring

On Enterprise plans, HostRob Sentinel inspects containers read-only (processes, ports, selected configuration files and changed code files) to detect compromise. Findings may be processed by an AI provider (Anthropic) to produce a summary. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. After cancellation, data is kept for 30 days and then deleted.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
